Delicious Roti Canai Recipe

Here is a recipe for delicious Roti Canai!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. Gradually pour in the warm water and knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal-sized balls and flatten them with your hands.
  5. Brush each piece of flattened dough with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.
  6. Roll out each piece of dough until it is very thin and about the size of a dinner plate.
  7. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  8. Carefully place each piece of dough onto the skillet and cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite curry or dipping sauce.
