RECIPE FOR CHICKEN CHOP

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
  5. In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, white wine, and Dijon mustard. Cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serve the chicken chops with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a side salad.

Enjoy your delicious chicken chops!
