- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, white wine, and Dijon mustard. Cook over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
